ACE is building its road construction equipment business with its 15 tonne Motor Grader–AG 176. The ACE Motor Grader offers higher productivity at a competitive cost. AG 176 has advanced ZF technology transmission and meritor axles. It is powered by a Cummins engine, which makes it comparable to the best in the world.
The ACE Motor Grader delivers added advantages such as 5-10 per cent higher cubic metre output per litre of fuel consumed; a centralised lubrication system leading to increased reliability and reduced maintenance; an air-conditioned, ergonomically designed wide view cabin; a higher drawbar pull of 9,540 kg; and a blade down force of 7,140 kg. Besides, optional ripper and dozer attachments are also available.
ACE has scaled up its manufacturing to meet the growing demand for motor graders and the company has a strong after-sales service record. Currently, ACE has an active fleet of around 350 motor graders working to the satisfaction of customers in India and abroad.
ACE equipment is used across the country and to cater to this widespread market and provide effective pre-sales and after-sales service, the company has developed a network of dealers and area offices operating out of 100 locations and supported by 15 area/ regional offices based at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Pune, Jaipur, Raipur, Bhubaneswar, Lucknow, Indore, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Visakhapatnam and Kochi. These offices are in turn supported by the marketing headquarters and a dedicated product support division based in Faridabad.
