Water supply and sewerage projects approved in seven cities of Haryana under AMRUT

The steering committee of the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) has approved water supply and sewerage proposals for seven cities in Haryana. The estimated cost of these projects is Rs 5.94 billion. The committee has approved sewerage plans for Bahadurgarh (Rs 420 million), Hissar (Rs 576 million), Palwal (Rs 990 million), Yamunanagar (Rs 495 million) and Rohtak (Rs 1.63 billion). Also, water supply proposals for Palwal, Rewari and Rohtak districts amounting to Rs 1.75 billion and a water drainage plan of around Rs 80 million for Sirsa have been approved.
