Singapore-based infrastructure developer and fund manager Equis Private Limited is reportedly planning to sell its Indian hydropower platform Hydreq for Rs 20 billion. Hydreq owns a majority stake in two hydroelectric plants in Sikkim with an aggregate capacity of 200 MW. Equis is expected to appoint an investment bank for the proposed sale soon.
