Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has issued a letter of acceptance to Larsen & Toubro (L&T) for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) works of the dry dock project. The EPC contract value is Rs 17.99 billion. L&T will have to submit a bank guarantee to CSL for this following which a formal contract agreement will be signed.
