Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has inked a network modernisation agreement with Nokia to support the launch of 4G and VoLTE services in the western and southern regions of India. Under the agreement, Nokia will deploy the technology in 10 telecom circles serving large cities, businesses and tourist hubs.
