TRAI will start independent drive tests in the Delhi service area including Ghaziabad, Noida, Gurugram and Faridabad cities of all telecom service providers offering cellular services starting mid-February 2018. The tests will be conducted for about 18 days and will assess voice and data services on stipulated performance benchmarks.
