TRAI issues consultation paper on public mobile radio trunking services

TRAI has issued a consultation paper on the method of spectrum allocation for public mobile radio trunking service (PMRTS), including auctions, as a transparent mechanism. In the consultation paper, TRAI has asked stakeholders to share the minimum block size, reserve price, spectrum cap limits of the spectrum, roll-out obligations and penalties.
