Rivigo raises Rs 3.22 billion in Series D funding

Gurugram-based logistics services provider Rivigo Services Private Limited has raised Rs 3.22 billion ($50 million) in a Series D round. The company’s existing institutional investors, SAIF Partners and Warburg Pincus, have participated in the funding round. The deal valued Rivigo at close to Rs 60 billion ($945 million).
