Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has received clearance from the National Board of Wildlife (NBWL) of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change to utilise the funds raised through its initial public offering (IPO) for the international ship repair facility (ISRF) project. The project involves setting up an ISRF at Willingdon Island in Kerala. It is estimated to entail an investment of Rs 9.7 billion and is scheduled to be completed by August 2019.
