TRAI has asked Reliance Communications (RCOM) to ensure the smooth facilitation of porting out customers to other networks in circles in which its services have been terminated since December 1, 2017. This has been done in the face of rising customer complaints against RCOM, outlining the difficulties faced while porting out from its services.
