Central government approves Rs 18 billion for Talegaon-Chaufala Chowk road project

The central government has approved Rs 18 billion for widening of the 56 km Talegaon-Chakan-Shikrapur-Navara-Chaufula Chowk road in Maharashtra. The detailed project report for the project had been prepared by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The scope of the project includes six-laning of the Talegaon-Chakan road stretch and four-laning of the Shikrapur-Chaufula Chowk road stretch.
