Hikvision, a global provider of innovative video surveillance products and solutions, has secured first rank in a&s’s “Security 50 Ranking and Reports 2017”, for the second consecutive year. The report ranks publicly listed security industry manufacturers on the basis of their physical product sales revenue. In 2016, Hikvision’s revenue stood at $4.6 billion, a 29.2 per cent growth from the $3.6 billion achieved in 2015.
Hikvision is focusing on the development of the latest security technology solutions, such as those based on artificial intelligence. This is illustrated by the company’s recently introduced technology-based solutions, namely, the deep learning “DeepinView” cameras and “DeepinMind” network video recorders. Hikvision has used advanced intelligent technology to deliver several security, management and safety solutions. In the future, the company plans to develop more innovative solutions for the creation of a safer and more secure world.
