Four Indian airports abolishes stamping of hand baggage

Another four airports – at Nagpur, Trichy, Pune and Goa – have abolished the practice of stamping and tagging passenger hand baggage from November 10, 2017. With this decision, 23 airports in the country (of the total 59) which are under Central Industrial Security Force security cover, are now tag-free. Further, this will soon be implemented at another 27 airports.
