IFC likely to lend $150 million to ACME Jaipur Solar Power

TheInternational Finance Corporation (IFC) is likely to provide debt financing worth $150 million to ACME Jaipur Solar Power Private Limited, for the construction of a 250 MW solar plant in Madhya Pradesh. Around $50 million will be provided by means of subscribing to non-convertible debentures (NCDs) while the remaining $100 million will be mobilised via a loan from other lenders. The plant is expected to cost $200 million and is likely to be commissioned by November 2018.
