The Expert Appraisal Committee of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) has recommended the grant of terms of reference (ToR) for the Bhiwadi international airport that will be developed at an investment of Rs 25 billion. Meanwhile, the committee has also recommended the grant of environmental clearance for runway extension at Vijayawada airport by 1,074 metres and for the expansion proposal of Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.
