DoT survey shows call drop issue is more severe when indoors

According to a survey conducted by DoT, the issue of call drops is more severe indoors. As per DoT, around 220,935 subscribers participated in the survey, of which about 138,072 (62.5 per cent) reported call drops as a problem. The survey was conducted using an integrated voice response system between December 23, 2016 and February 28, 2017 to obtain direct feedback on the call drop issue from subscribers.
