The Mumbai Port Trust issued a letter of award (LoA) to Punj Lloyd Limited (PLL) for the installation of pipeline and terminal work for the fifth oil berth at Jawahar Dweep on February 20, 2017. The contract value is Rs 2.09 billion. The scope of work includes the supply, installation and testing of a 42 inch diameter pipeline with 17.5 mm wall thickness and 100 mm concrete weight coating, a 4 km offshore pipeline in shallow water, among others.
