Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS) is planning to raise Rs 18 billion through the infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) route, in both domestic and international markets. A significant portion of the proceeds is likely to be utilised for the addition of around 1,000 MW of wind capacity to the company’s wind power portfolio by 2020.
