The American Tower Corporation is reportedly planning to buy Idea Cellular’s telecom towers for an enterprise value of Rs 45 billion. Earlier, Idea Cellular was said to be in discussions with Bharti Infratel and private equity player Blackstone and Carlyle for a possible sale of its tower assets.
