The Ministry of Railways (MoR) has laid the foundation stone for the construction of a 4 km elevated rail line on the Rohtak-Gohana stretch in Haryana. The project involves a cost of Rs 3.15 billion. Of the total cost, Indian Railways (IR) will provide Rs 0.9 billion while the remaining funds will be provided by the Haryana government. The project is expected to be completed by 2018.
