C.R.I. Pumps

C.R.I. Pumps has been increasingly undertaking technology innovations. After having successfully launched high-end non-metallic uPVC, CPVC pipes and specialty wires and cables, C.R.I. Pumps is now venturing into wastewater solutions.

The company has recently acquired Italy-based Fabbrica Italiana Pompe Sommergibili Srl. With this acquisition, C.R.I. Pumps is equipped to launch its complete range of sewage and wastewater pump solutions based on the Italian technology. The product range includes sewage pumps, drainage pumps, mixers, agitators, aerators, auto couplings and accessories. These products provide solutions to manage raw water, sewage, effluents, stormwater and processed water across municipal, utility and industrial applications.

Further, C.R.I. Pumps is among the few pump manufacturers in the world to offer up to 800 kW (1,080 HP) sewage pumps for handling huge volumes. These pumps are built based on an optimised hydraulic design with vortex, cutter, mono- and multi-channel impellers for challenging applications. These are made of stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, hastelloy or grey iron to enable corrosive and aggressive applications.

Further, these pumps are equipped with IE2/IE3 efficiency motors with H-Class insulation. The oil probe sensors installed in the pumps en-sure proper lubrication and prevent oil contamination. Pump speeds range from 500 to 3,600 rpm (2-12 poles), while the capacity ranges from 0.5 HP to 1,080 HP. The inbuilt grinder/cutter feature enables cutting of solid particles. The pumps have a solid handling capacity of up to 165 mm.

C.R.I. Pumps caters to multiple sectors such as mining, oil and gas, power, process industries, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, HVAC, firefighting, irrigation, buildings and community water supply. In addition to this extensive product portfolio, the launch of its wastewater range is proof of the company’s incessant focus on becoming a quality provider for all fluid management needs.
