Air Costa receives pan-Indian licence from DGCA

Air Costa has received a pan-Indian licence from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, allowing it to operate flights to any part of the country and connect to metro cities outside the region. Thus far, the airline operated with a regional licence, flying to only eight destinations – Vijayawada, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Tirupathi and Visakhapatnam. The airline also plans to focus on adding aircraft and expanding operations.
