Bhagyanagar Gas Limited (BGL) will give piped natural gas (PNG) connections to 100,000 new households in Hyderabad within the next two years and to over 250,000 households by 2021. Currently, only 1,140 households have been given PNG connections. All the preparatory work has been completed and tenders have been invited for the pipeline-laying process. There will also be more CNG connections for the transportation sector.
