Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MSPGCL) has commissioned a 250 MW unit of the 1,300 MW Parli coal-based plant at Beed in Maharashtra. The commissioned unit is the eighth unit of the TPP. BHEL was the principal contractor for the plant.
