SunEdison reportedly in talks to sell stakes in Indian solar projects to Fortum

US-based SunEdison is reportedly in discussions with Finland-based Fortum to sell its minority stakes in solar projects in India to the latter. Through this, SunEdison attempts to furnish funds to finish the planned projects in India, amidst concerns of bankruptcy. Meanwhile, Fortum is looking to invest Euro 200 million-Euro 400 million in solar projects in the country.
