Plans for a fourth runway and new domestic terminal at Delhi airport

Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) has plans to construct a fourth runway and a new domestic terminal (T4) at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi. DIAL has submitted a draft expansion plan to the MoCA. The runway will have a length of 4,430 metres. After the construction of the fourth runway, which is targeted to be completed by 2020, the construction of T4 will commence. DIAL is currently working on expanding T1 and enhancing its annual passenger handling capacity from the current 18 million passengers to 30 million passengers.
