The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed an agreement with the Government of India (GoI) to provide an official development assistance (ODA) loan of Rs 61.7 billion (JPY 103,664 million) as the third tranche for the Rewari-Vadodara (Phase I) stretch of the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor. The agreement was signed on March 31, 2016. The ODA loan will be provided at a concessional interest rate of 0.1 per cent with a repayment of 40 years including a 10-year grace period.
