Aircel has signed a pan-Indian 2G intra-circle agreement with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). The move is expected to help both companies deliver enhanced customer experience besides utilising each other’s assets and network strength. BSNL is also close to finalising similar intra-circle roaming (ICR) agreements with Vodafone India and RJIL. BSNL is looking at a revenue potential of Rs 5 billion on an annual basis through ICR agreements.
