IDFC Private Equity (IDFC PE) is offloading an undisclosed portion of its stake in Star AgriWarehousing & Collateral Management (SACM) to the Singapore government’s investment company Temasek Holdings for a consideration of Rs 750 million, thereby part-exiting an investment made four years ago.
